L-Citrulline – 6000mg

Studies have shown that taking L-Citrulline increases vasodilation by raising plasma arginine levels. Arginine on its own is mainly shut down by arginase (the pump killer) before it can bind with Nitric Oxide Synthase (eNOS).  eNOS converts arginine into Nitric Oxide and increases blood flow.  Nitric oxide is a compound in the body that causes blood vessels to widen and stimulates the release of certain hormones, such as insulin and human growth hormone.  Studies have shown that taking L-Citrulline significantly increases plasma arginine and NO levels higher than arginine does. The clinical studied dose was 8g of citrulline malate (citrulline bound to malic acid), which is the equivalent of 5.6g of pure L-Citrulline. GlycerSwol™ Glycerol (min 65%) Powder – 2000mg
